Artifex Blooms: Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy
At Merchzily, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our unique floral artworks. While our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary. We now accept returns for eligible items within 45 days of delivery, providing our customers with greater flexibility and peace of mind.
Return & Refund Eligibility
We gladly accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your Artifex Blooms piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match your order, please notify us within 45 days of delivery. We will issue a refund or replacement once the issue is verified.
2. Damaged in Transit
If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photographic evidence of both the product and packaging is required for claims.
3. General Returns (Non-Defective Items)
We accept general returns within 45 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must:
Be unused and in original condition and packaging.
Be returned at the customer’s expense unless the item is damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@merchzily.co with your order number and reason for return.
Refund Processing Time
Once a return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 90 days from the date we receive your return for the refund to reflect in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Special Circumstances
Requests that fall outside the conditions listed above may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us prior to returning the item.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 7 hours of purchase by emailing support@merchzily.co. After this window, your order will enter production and cannot be canceled.
Important Notes
All returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
Artifex Blooms reserves the right to deny refund or return requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
