While our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary. We now accept returns for eligible items within 45 days of delivery, providing our customers with greater flexibility and peace of mind.
We gladly accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your Artifex Blooms piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match your order, please notify us within 45 days of delivery. We will issue a refund or replacement once the issue is verified.
2. Damaged in Transit
If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photographic evidence of both the product and packaging is required for claims.
3. General Returns (Non-Defective Items)
We accept general returns within 45 days of delivery.
